How we pay

Top of market base salary (we pull from Pave quarterly). Meaningful equity grants with four-year vesting and one-year cliffs. Health, dental, and vision covered for you and your family. Home-office stipend once you're past probation.

Two offices (NYC, Berlin) plus remote within overlapping timezones.
Four in-person retreats a year. Flights and lodging on us.
